FDAS meet

FDAS people are great *gg* Had a fabulous time in Manchester meeting up with yragg, sazzle_02, alphekka_alpha, jedinic, danamaree and Karen. Travelled up with terrylbirch, always fun, and had a generally fabulous day. It was a great group - one of those groups where you have some core things in common and have lots of fun sharing ideas and interests that are new to the group. The only problem is that time passes so quickly and there never seems to be enough of it!

Unfortunately, for various reasons, descended_sg1, wadjet_theperv and catspaw_sgjd couldn't make it and they were definitely missed, but they are going to be at SG-10 if we have to drag them there in chains.

Knowing those three, that might not be much of a threat *eg*

Bugs have been found in the review database and are being worked on. A few were very simple little fixes, a couple of others might take a little more work to track down and fix. But the feedback has so far been very useful and certain features that I've added have gone down well. So it's all hopeful :-)

Tomorrow I'll be splitting my time between the review database and some initial design work for the website that I've finally been given the go ahead to design. Today's plan was to sit down with Under Green Hills and get some serious work done on it. Then an uncle called and I just popped 'round for a cup of tea.

Er...seven hours and supper later, I'm back :-)

And I can't believe I got that lost on the way to someone who lives on the other side of town and who's house I've been to a dozen times. The good news is that I found two mosques and a new route to the next town. Always helpful to know :-)

Believe it, darlin' - I'll be at SG10 if I have to frellin' WALK! (Which I won't have to do unless BMI go bust or something, so that's all right then *g*)

Although the chains are tempting LOL
