selenayOK, so it's a strange sort of success, but I've finally managed to work out the timing and combination of painkillers to get me home without pain. My drive home was actually not too bad, even though I was constantly waiting for the painkillers to wear off. Even better, I'm still relatively pain free after a day of being driven insane by it all.
Hopefully this isn't something that I'll need to know often, but it sure as hell is useful. I'm now going to eat supper - good sausages from the butcher down the road - and watch ER and House. Possibly a bit of Press Gang. Then I will do a unit of French before going to bed and having ridiculously full day tomorrow. I'd planned on this kind of evening yesterday, but ended up in bed at 8pm, so I'm making up for it this evening. And it's the weekend now. Yay for weekends!!
