The company data warehouse has decided to run at the speed of an arthritic snail. That report that I was supposed to send out fifteen minutes ago? That I set off at 7.45am and usually only takes ten minutes to run? *So* going to blame the DWH for this one - it ain't my fault if a ten minute report has so far taken fifty minutes to run without any sign of being done.

Today is going to be so much fun.

Arthritic snail would be good here - we have internet but no network or email or anything useful! Which at least explains why the company websites were down yesterday!

Lotus Notes is just in the process of crashing on me. So, arthritic snail is being joined by other issues :-)

At least we now know why the websites disappeared, though! Bored? Anything you can do without network and email?

Actually, the IT guy emailed us to tell us the email and network was back up just after I commented. Plus we always have a 9.30 meeting every Monday, so I never usually get much done before that.

*g* Glad things are back to normal again. Sadly, we're still afflicted with the snail problem :-(
