I was supposed to be in a pointless meeting this morning. I could have sworn that it was tomorrow. I had Thursday firmly in my mind.

I must get into the habit of checking my calendar regularly. Of course, finding the time to check my calendar yesterday would have been nice...

Looks like I'm going to be writing grovelling emails and promising to turn up at next week's installment. It was just a 'hi, here's who we are' kind of meeting, but still...

I'm a bad employee :-(

This is where working in a small company helps. If I miss a meeting I get a phone call five minutes into it to ask where I am. Which has sometimes been quite handy...

*g* Working in a large company, nobody even notices that you're not there so you send grovelling emails to find that the response is "huh, were you invited?"

Nope, today hasn't been a good day. But at least there's only two days left in the week. That's got to be a good thing...right?

Oh, definitely. Although I say that mostly because I've been too busy to work out what I've got on this week. I am planning to post about my bad day, but I'm still having it :)

*sigh* Yeah, being too busy to look at my calendar was the main reason for me missing my meeting today. I seem to be having a bad week rather than a single bad day - it started yesterday morning and doesn't seem to be planning to let up. I can't wait for 4pm on Friday at the moment. It's what's keeping me from committing homicide, despite much provocation.
