That hip thing that's been bugging me for nearly three weeks? It may not be nothing after all. The doc wants me back so that he can get a referral in motion and I should get some details then. But it's not looking fantastic right now.

Grr.

But I've finished by Christmas shopping with my biggest Amazon order ever. Go me :-)

Now that's my idea of Christmas shopping :) I'm not doing mine till 28th December - I don't have to get it done till 1st January, so I'm enjoying not having to do it in November.

With any luck the referral will get you someone who can fix it.

Hope the hip is at least nothing serious. Or failing that something that can identified then quickly and easily fixed.

Amazon have been remarkably helpful with my shopping too, apparently the final chuck was shipped yesterday so that'll be that sorted. Just other stuff to deal with now!

At the moment it's not looking like a quick fix type thing, but I'm hoping that it's less serious than they were making it sound. A quick fix would be good, though.

Amazon do seem to make the effort to get your stuff for Christmas - they even warned me that one item would put the entire shipment in danger of not arriving in time so that I could break down the order accordingly. Very cool :-)

It's going to be a very scary box when it arrives, though.

*fingies crossed* for you hip being something easily fixable and not too debilitating. Nothing worse that chronic pain and the prospect of having it for your whole life. I hope they can fix you :) *hugs*

I've already got a degree of chronic pain due to other issues, but it looks like I was dismissing the hip pain as being down to that when it was in fact a whole different pain thing. Yay me. Hopefully they'll be able to fix me because I'm starting to get a little annoyed by the restrictions the hip is putting on my activities.
