Friday, I love thee

Today was a much better day. For a start, nothing crashed at work. Although I had sneakily saved backups of all my work to my hard drive, just in case.

For another thing, it's Friday. I did some French college work and have now caught up with my parents (er, how the hell did they get ahead of the studying expert?) so I'm all set for tomorrow's tutorial. I've even marked in the dates for everything in my diary and now feel much calmer about getting the work done on time. Go me.

This weekend is going to busy. Tutorial tomorrow morning and Thai food with a friend tomorrow night. I had planned to go to the archery shop tomorrow for some new (more powerful) limbs, but on checking my diary it turns out that I have a hairdresser's appointment. Grr. Sunday is mostly OK, but I have my uncle coming to supper in the evening. Hopefully I'll be able to take off for bed when I need to because I'm going out to another folk concert on Monday night. I am pretty sure that it's Cherish the Ladies - very excited about that :-)

Somewhere in there, I need to find time to work on websites and get some writing done. I really need an extra three hours in every day.

Thanks, hon :-) It's a shame that people can't do that kind of thing:

"Hey, I'm not doing anything for a couple of hours tomorrow - anyone want to borrow the time?"

Wouldn't that be neat?

And yes, I am currently exhausted and wondering whether I have time for a nap before going out to dinner.

*snicker* The band's name is very cool. Their music is pretty darned good too, if you like Irish folk music.
