selenaySo, after all of the stress of filling out those damned forms for the Inland Revenue and finding out where to send them last month, I've finally had my reply.
No, it ain't my lovely cheque.
They want me to fill out another form. And send more pieces of paper. Handily, this is basically all of the information that I've already supplied. Methinks this is a stalling tactic. They're testing me to find out whether I really am serious about getting my money back. It's not quite "No!" written on crayon on the back of an envelope, but it's pretty near.
Damn stupid tax man.
In other news, the 'only gotta get...sorted' thing yesterday slightly underestimated the length of time it would take me to write those scripts. Hmmm. Should get it all finished tomorrow, though, and then I'll be sending out emails to selectedvictims lovely friends to beg for beta testers.
*So* looking forward to finishing the code work on this. I feel as though I haven't worked on anything else for the past few weeks. Hey, that's probably because...I haven't worked on anything else for the past few weeks!
