Dear Femslashex creator,

First of all, don't get worried about me or the length of this letter. I'm pretty much going to love what you do because you're writing or arting for one of my f/f pairings and that's a win in my book :-) If you've already got an idea for one of them, and it doesn't hit any of my squicks, go for it! Something coming from the heart is always the best thing. I'm equally happy with fic or art, and generally any rating goes for me.

If you want ideas or more info, read on! I tried to give some prompts for each pairing, just because that's what I find easiest to work from, but optional details are optional.

General likes:

Competent women, plots, case fic, getting together fics, happy endings, all the AUs, all the tropes, cabin fic, fake relationships leading to more, friends to lovers, trope subversion, women geeking out over science, banter, enthusiastic consent, bisexual characters, women being awesome

Dislikes/squicks:

Death fic, sad endings, BDSM and heavy kink, graphic violence, dub-con/non-con, character bashing, cheating/adultery

Harry Potter
Hermione Granger/Luna Lovegood, Luna Lovegood/Ginny Weasley, Luna Lovegood/Original Female Character(s)

If it looks like I'm after some good Luna f/f fic...that's probably because it's true. What I'd most love is post-Hogwarts fic. Luna finding her niche in life and a person to share it with. Meeting someone from the school after she's established her life and been away for a couple of years. Or meeting someone new who finds her amazing. Grown up Luna, with all the quirks and unusual interests we're used to, finding someone who appreciates every facet of her.

Please, if you're going to use Ginny or Hermione, no bashing of Ron or Harry and no adultery. Find a good way to make them single or go for an OFC.

The Parasol Protectorate
Prudence Akeldama/Primrose Tunstell

I fell in love with these two during the book and I'm still not sure that I buy the het relationships being set up for either of them, when they're clearly such a beautiful pairing. I'd love to read something that feels Carriger-y, with plenty of tea and cakes, with Prudence being her impulsive self and Primrose being Primrose, but with all the flirting and kissing Carriger forgot to put on the page.

Uprooted
Agnieszka/Kasia

I adore stories about friends who discover they mean more to each other. Who are each other's world. The relationship between Agnieszka and Kasia is the heart of the book and I really wanted to see it taken that extra step.

MCU
Darcy Lewis/Sif (MCU), Jemma Simmons/Skye | Daisy Johnson (MCU), Peggy Carter/Angie Martinelli (MCU)

I have shipped Peggy and Angie from the first episode of Agent Carter. This is a pairing where I'd love to see tropes go wild - friends to lovers, fake relationships, AUs of many stripes, huddling for warmth, cabin fic. I'm here for all of it.

Darcy/Sif is a pairing that I hadn't considered until I wrote it last year, and I love it. Darcy is the perfect counter to Sif's seriousness. Again, throw in my favourite tropes and you'll guarantee that I love it.

I've been shipping Jemma and Skye since early in season one. Their friendship is gorgeous and my sadness in season two was the way they grew apart as Skye's powers developed. Jemma's steadfastness even when she was worried about Skye's control over her powers was great, though, and I'd love to see more of that. A post-season two tag about them figuring out how their new dynamic together works would be wonderful. Or, you know, TROPES. That also works for me :-)

Original Work
Detective/Mystery Author, Dragon/Knight, Ghost/Librarian, Human/Selkie, Pirate/Naval Captain, Space Outlaw/Space Princess

I'd love to read an urban fantasy kind of setting for some of these - ghost/librarian or human/selkie would all fit that setting beautifully. Stories about people learning to see past their differences and find a path they can both walk make me happy. As do stories with some kind of adventure along the way, if that's possible.

Detective/mystery author could easily be Castle with women, but I'm pretty sure fandom writers could do it so much better :-)

Pirate/naval captain cries out for some kind of alternate history of secondary world fantasy. Why yes, I do love a good cliche when it's done well! Pirates and naval captains have a long and noble tradition of chasing each other and falling in love despite the boundaries of their worlds.

Dragon/knight really should involve shape-shifting and debates about whether a relationship is inter-species if one party is only sometimes human, right?

Space outlaw/space princess practically cries out for some kind of reworking/mushing together of certain sci fi properties to give a roguish outlaw falling for the space princess she's supposed to be either guarding, rescuing, or kidnapping. I'll let my writer decide which option works best!

Call the Midwife
Trixie Franklin/Patsy Mount

They're two badly damaged people who have been hurt in so many ways, and I think they'd heal each other beautifully. They're not a fluffy couple, but I'd love to see them finding a happier future with each other.
