selenayNo work today. Yay! Appointment at the allergy clinic. Not so yay. Rather inconclusive. Apparently my body randomly produces a ton of histimine for no good reason, inducing a 'pseudo allergy attack'. Which is an allergy attack in response to nothing at all. On the upside, no need to check my food and give up something I love. On the other hand, no way to predict when I'm suddenly going to get itchy, blotchy, swollen hands and lips. Woo!
Sometimes my body really seems to have a major grudge against me. Bleh.
Applied for two jobs and signed up with another agency. So the job hunt thing seems to be progressing. Yay!
Also accidentally went shopping. Took a trip into town for celebratory (I survived the allergy clinic) coffee with Mom and she dragged me into M&S to get some stuff from the food section. Spotted a very nice shirt and, unfortunately, a skirt. But I don't do skirts! < /whine> They look really good, fit perfectly and I now have my graduation outfit. And possible interview outfit. Bonus points? They look good with my comfy suede boots so I don't have to wear uncomfortable office boots. Yay!
And there are icons. Which will be posted soon. Damn Doctor Who for being so pretty :-)

Date: 2005-06-15 01:50 pm (UTC)And is buying clothes contagious? Because today, now don't faint or anything, I've actually bought a new jacket. Yes, one that's less than twenty-five years old. Plus a couple of shirts that aren't plaid. Gosh. Kind of shocking, really.
