selenayI am proud to report that my week at work has been completely unproductive. Which isn't to say that I didn't do anything, only that everything I've done this week has now been put on indefinite hold and/or cancelled while the higher ups change their minds.
Again.
It's so good to spend a week doing a ton of very complicated work and then have to throw it all away.
Not that I'm bitter, obviously.
This has also been a week of very little sleep due to a combination of nightmares, back pain and library book deadlines. The sensible thing would be to spend this evening veging out and tomorrow sleeping.
Instead, I'm spending the evening baking. And tomorrow I'm up early to help at my church bake sale. And Sunday I'm singing choir at church so I can't give up and sleep in then either. I suspect that when I eventually get home tomorrow afternoon, there will be a long nap. And Sunday's all-afternoon-into-evening Skype sessions will involve me waving foggily while Mum does all the talking.
I am so ready for a vacation right now. Too bad I don't get one until late December :-(
