So, I discovered that Buffy is now available on Netflix Canada. Did a rewatch of Welcome to the Hellmouth/The Harvest on Thursday and remembered all over again why Buffy was so brilliant. Suspect that I'll now be doing a complete re-watch :-) Yes, even of Bad Eggs and Teacher's Pet.

A bad Buffy episode is still better than many things on TV.

I have set up the new show, Once Upon A Time, on my PVR tonight. The previews look really good and it's about the only new genre programming that I've spotted this year.

I will point out that I've probably doomed it. After all, the last few new genre things that I've picked up have not lived up to their promise and have usually been cancelled. Witness the fate of Flashforward, The Event and Caprica. It seems that I'm the kiss of death.

It's still worth trying, right? I can't doom absolutely everything. Can I?

Tonight we are going out for Thai food. If my back stops being a total bastard. Argh.

Sounds like I need to find that comic. Do you know whether it would be available for my iPad (when I finally get it) or whether I'll need to search my local comic store?

My credit card will hate you. But I now have the first issue of Fables (and a few other things) on the app for my iPod Touch. It works better than I expected and I'm getting very excited about what things will look like on an iPad :-D
