Kitten thoughts

The lovely thing about having cats is that they're soothing and lovable. They snuggled up to you and give you sleepy little yawns and every time you walk past them snoozing on the sofa, it makes you smile.

The bad thing is that you don't want to go out into the cold, wet world when you've got kittens curled up warm and sleepy beside you.

They are. *beams* I've often found that I'm less bored, less anxious, and less stressed when they're around. Providing they don't escape outside. *gg*

Aw, I'd love cats but with the allergy and the cat hating dog, it's not an option.

Cats make me think of two main things, the Rudyard Kipling story 'The Cat Who Walks By Himself' and Danny John Jules in Red Dwarf! Especially one little scene where he talks about having lots of cat naps to work up the energy for his main snooze lol

Right now, my little girls are still at the kittenish stage of having tons of energy for a couple of hours and flumping and needing a good nap. Then they're all ready to go again :-)

I think it's their independence that I love because it feels so good when they're in the mood for a cuddly, sleepy afternoon together.
