Just to ensure that I feel really good about feeling crappy and determined
to stay at work, our main data warehouse is down. An engineer has been
called, apparently. I'm in now pain and bored which is a worse combination
that in pain and busy, it turns out.

Um, I also seem to be whining about it a lot.

My finding an up side to every bad day resolution is proving hard, today.
Maybe the up side is that today will eventually end and I have fun stuff
planned tomorrow?

Don't beat yourself up. It's true the glass is always half full, but you can't help but see it half empty once in a while and that's allowed. People who are *always* positive and look on the bright side *all* the time can be a little irritating *g*

I think you nailed it in the last sentence. Tomorrow is another day.

Thanks, hon. I just don't like feeling like I'm always complaining, but today has been pretty tough. Thankfully I'm home so I can do whatever I need to feel better and I'm no longer bored.

And there is definitely tomorrow.
