This is getting a wee bit ridiculous

Today I am supposed to be fixing a bug in a report that my director thinks
will be ready tomorrow. First I have to find the bug.

Easy? Um, only when you can get data out of the data warehouse. I haven't
known it to run this slowly for months and we're all starting to get a
little frustrated over here. It's Monday, the systems are on a super go-slow
and I'm getting just the tiniest bit bored waiting for data to return that
never seems to arrive.

Is it time to go home yet?

In other news, I am still achy from the walk on Saturday. Woe. But I am
telling myself that all these new muscles that I have discovered are good
because I've exercised them.

The thing that's cheering me up? Martha Jones is my desk calendar all this
week :-)

My desk sign for last week wouldn't be terrible helpful for you yet then since it's "When I want you're opinion I'll beat it out of you". However, a random flick for this week reveals "Another deadline, another miracle" which may be much nearer the mark!

*g* I seemed to have a lot of need new fingers moments today, mostly resulting in msakjdalj kind of typing! Doesn't tend to run when typed into SQL...

I'm doing good :-) Well, except for these pesky exercised muscles! And getting hormonal food cravings that are giving me little fantasies about pizza and Chinese food and...well, really, anything savoury and in massive quantities. Bah hormones *pout* How's you?

But I'd got used to having sane, sensible Mondays with systems that ran normally!

We had an upgrade in October and this is actually the first time we've had a Monday this bad since. It was a bit of a shock to the system :-(
