Better day (and cartoon love)

Today was a better day than yesterday. I got home no earlier, but the commute was less hellish, I wasn't late arriving at work and I actually got to do some decent work. So, yay.

Also, I have started watching Dogtanion and the Three Muskehounds on DVD from Amazon rentals. It's so much better than I was expecting: you remember something being great as a kid but it never really holds up as an adult. This one does :-)

I have regressed to an eight year-old. Shut up!

And now I shall watch Holby City, which is so much more mature...

I'd forgotten all about Dogtanian until I was recently reading The Three Musketeers and couldn't get into it for ages because as soon as I opened the book I kept getting this mental images of spaniels fencing.

I thought I was going strange until I was reminded that I'd adored that cartoon as a child. I'll have to look at getting the DVDs.

The fencing spaniel would be Aramis :-)

You should definitely look at getting the DVDs *nodes* It's much better than I thought it would be and I'm thoroughly enjoy it :-)
