Quck note

Just a quick note to say thank you for all the lovely birthday wishes yesterday. I had a lovely day, mostly frozen while exploring the Tower of London with a small diversion to Foyles and finally supper at a great veggie restaurant. Today has been shopping in Oxford (I fell in love with some beautiful pens that I *so* cannot afford) and tomorrow is a family celebration for me and my favourite cousin, whose birthday is next week.

Fantastic end to a great holiday. Do I have to go back to work on Monday?

Sensible Man has now grown into a second notebook, which makes me very happy. My little story is coming on apace.

:-) Writing is so great when it flows and torture when it refuses to happen. I just wish that I had the ability to only work when the writing isn't happening! I'd get so much more written that way ;-)
