Tour de France stage 3 and other babbles
Jul. 11th, 2007 11:26 amUm, well, that was unexpected.
Heh.
Cancellara really deserves to be in yellow at the moment :-) I'd been anticipating a dangerous, crash-filled run in to the line in view of the cobbles and tight corners. Instead, they negotiated it successfully and the sprinters got out-sprinted by a time-trialler. I was even anticipating that the breakaway might stay away to the line.
Heh.
This is why I love bike racing - it's never what you expect and sometimes the stories that come out of it take your breath away. My Tour is being fabulous this year :-)
Today I am mostly doing data integrity work and investigating random things. Yay me. For reasons best understood by them, my parents are off in London tonight. So I am fending for myself. I view of total exhaustion and lots of back pain, I have decided against cooking tonight and shall indulge in Chinese take-out from the place just down the road.
I'm *so* lazy :-)
