Monday morning traditional stuff

selenayAs per usual, the data warehouse is stuffed and I'm stuck waiting for my reports to churn out :-( Bleh.
Over the weekend, our office was reorganised and I now have a window seat in the corner, which is rather nice. I'm thinking about getting a plant for the windowsill, now that I have one. Most of our stuff has arrived at the desks correctly, although I'm sure this isn't my original chair and half the people ended up without phones. However, the important stuff - the crate containing my tea mug and chocolate supplies - made it here safely :-)
The only bad thing, so far, is that the only place I can put my bags is down by the heater. At this time of year that's fine, but when the radiators get turned on again my lunch is going to be getting rather warm. I'll have to figure out something else by then.
The weekend was busy, but good. I am now the proud owner of some Converse trainers, far more comfortable than my raggedly old walking trainers and much lighter than the boots I've been wearing all winter. So I'm all prepared for summer. I also got through a good amount of college work and am almost caught up with where I should be. Yay me. I even found time to read fic. So, good weekend.
The only bad spot? Discovering new places to hurt after Saturday's shopping trip. Yow. My knees and back are still pretty stiff and sore today, which isn't precisely what I had planned.
I just need to get these reports run to have I have some hope of leaving here relatively early, so I can continue recovering from the weekend.
