I'm honestly not sure that there is much I can say about this one. Although maybe
thegrrrl2002 would feel that writing lovely smut fic for her patients would be a helpful form of therapy for all of us :-)
In other news, I have a stinky cold *pout* My best friend spent the weekend with me before flying back across the Pond, not to be seen for another year, and she's feeling guilty because she thinks that she gave it to me. I'm putting my bets on someone in the club we went to on Friday infecting me instead - it was hot, crowded and more than a little claustrophobic and I don't want BestFriend to feel guilty about making me sick. Why do I get sick when I really can't afford the time to be sick?
Slightly happier news is that I'm going to watch cycling on Sunday :-) The Tour of Britain finishes on Sunday with a circuit race around London and I'm dragging a friend along to help me watch and scream at cycling heroes. I'm taking the camera and there may be photos. Whee!
Finally, I discovered that Wolf Events have put SG-9 in February 2005. Darn. I really can't justify the expense when my employment situation will be shaky, at best. SG-10 in November 2005 can be justified and I'll be signing up as soon as the tickets are available, but I just can't do an SG con so soon after Christmas and SG-8. Redemption is just about affordable (thank god there won't be too many extras to spend my cash on), but SG cons end up rather expensive if you're as unable to resist Teryl photo-ops as I am. My SG-8 ticket arrived yesterday and I may now begin bouncing, as soon as I'm rid of my cold :-)
