selenayI have such a smart younger cousin. She got her A-levels results yesterday and proved how super-smart she is. She's also got a place in her preferred medical school. I bow before her genius.
Really, my fiddling with bits and bytes doesn't look anything like as impressive.
Speaking of which....my brain may explode from all the reading I've been doing this week. I've got lots of notes and my reference books now have many brightly coloured page markers scattered throughout. If I get viva'd at the end of the year, I am going to have so much crap to show the examiners that I'll have to take a mini-van just to cart it all. Seriously. There is lots of evidence that I've done all the work myself. The neon page markers are particularly cool :-)
And I can't think of anything to comment on regarding fic, SG or writing because I've done nothing but read about sockets and I/O today. I *so* need my weekend.
