Hot. So damned hot. It's just...icky.

And hot.

I hate this kind of heat. It's making me grouchy and irritable. Urg.

In other news, I've downloaded Pandion and I'm having a go with this LJ chat concept. Although I haven't figured out the posting from LJ chat thing yet. Hmmm.

Sounds like the LJ client will be cool when it's released and how neat is it that I can now chat to any of my flist without having to sign up to other IM clients? Of course, all my flist now needs to get sorted with LJ Talk :-)

I fear that my computer will explode from the head. My head will explode shortly afterwards. Too hot! And not in a good way :-(

But now it's just starting to rain...

Well, I'm planning to move to Canada eventually so moose hold no fear :-) I'll just carefully move out of their way when I see one - I saw the damage a moose did to a car once and I definitely respect their right to go wherever they want.

Warm but mild sounds like bliss right now. It's 34C here :-( Anything over 24C is wrong and evil to me.

Connected trillian to LJ CHat Monday night! And then took everyone it added off my contacts list because it's already plenty big enough, thank you very much.

*snicker* I'm figuring that between this thing and Gmail (and I'm working on getting them integrated better - can Trillian let me be connected to both at the same time?) I'm now IM'd out. I can chat to everyone I need to and that's cool.

The rain added up to six raindrops. Grrr.

Trillian's quite happy with me connecting to everything at the same time. I did wonder about GMail and LJ though, as they both use Jabber, but it's equally happy with two of those connections.

The clouds only cleared up over here but some rain would be so nice with all this humidity.

Hmm, I may have to investigate Trillian further at the weekend :-) Then I'd only have one IM client for everything, which would be much simpler.

The spatterings of rain last night managed to ramp up the humidity without cooling off :-( We need a good, proper storm to clear up the humidity and cool everything down, but the weather guys aren't promising one *sigh* Clouds have now gone, heat has gone up and I'm kind of glad to be in work where they have air con!

The only thing with trillian is that in order to use Jabber with it, you have to have the Pro version, which costs (although not very much, and you can trial it for 15 days). And also, you can waste lots of time trying to find a skin you like for it :)

We had a thunderstorm last night, which I thought purely consisted of lightning, but apparently there was also thunder and rain but I must have slept through those. Still hot though.

Although the air con here is nice, it's can't cope and it's still quite warm. And the staff room has no air conditioning and only one window, so it's horrid in there.

Yes, but only as long as I can come with.

Been as high as 96.8 up here and no sign of a let up. The humidity has been too high for me, as much as 88%. We had rain for all of five mins last week, then it went even hotter. The pollen count is high, the air quality is poor. My asthma and rhinitis are at their worst. I'm in a foul and evil mood. /rant

Tomorrow the forecast is hot, well ain't I surprised. ::feelthescarcasm::

I shall investigate this Pandion.

Well I'm off to eat more healthy foodstuffs.

The temperature hasn't been any better down here and the odd threats of rain only seem to ramp up the humidity without cooling anything down. It's making me even more tired than normal (quite a feat, that) and very achey, so I'm in about the same mood as you :-(

The forecast for the rest of the week makes Alaska sound really good. They keep promising us cooler weather and then taking it away again. I've just had another attempt at rain and we might have got as many as ten raindrops. Woo! < /sarcasm >
