Unsurprising prediction

Today is going to suck piggy wonks.

Nope, not kidding. Today will be hell.

Our data centre had several power outages over the weekend so the data warehouse has not been updated with any of last week's data. Plus it's going to be running like an arthritic snail all day while they attempt to run the updates. So, no data and no hope of any today. Of course, none of the Da Big Bosses will understand why I can't produce reports when there's no bloody data, so I'll be getting yelled at all day.

Totally going to suck.

Is it time to go home yet?

*g* I can't claim to be the originator of that one - I think it popped up in a book I read yonks ago and I adored the phrase. I save it for special occasions.

Today was a special occasion :-(

And are the cookies gooey, chocolatey and nutty? With melted chocolate chips inside? 'Cos that kind always makes the day better :-)

And tomorrow will suck worse than a sucking thing in a vacuum as the crap from today is multiplied exponentially.
