It's a sad day when you start laughing at a joke in an and realise that, not only will your colleagues not understand jokes about the binary nature of data, but they probably haven't even heard of Shrodinger's (sp?) cat. And so you don't bother to explain the joke, just sort of wave and mutter something, hoping they won't inquire further.

It was very funny though. If you're a geek who likes geek-ish jokes...

Sorry - it was my fault :-). It was one of my throwaway comments to do with work, which I'm sure would lose just about everything in translation. I'm glad I made Sel laugh, though. It had a penguin in it, if that's any help :-).
