Dull stuff

selenayI added another Thing to Five Things That May Never Happen To SG-1. This means that I am now more than halfway through and it might be ready for beta-ing by Wednesday. This is usually the cue for massive doses of procrastination, but I am feeling hopeful. Counting Things certainly gives me a goal to aim at.
Of course, I wrote a number of pages of Mage Murders over the weekend because the characters are still distracting me thoroughly from the fanfic. Admittedly, it's nice that an original novel is flowing well, but I had planned to do so many fannish things before I got seriously involved with it. Stupid plans and muses.
In slightly more productive areas, I finished and submitted a college assignment and my group project is finally over. I haven't made much headway on the research project and it's beginning to panic me again, but getting an assignment on any course finished is a Good Thing.
I could write a dull rant about my sister borrowing my car at inconvenient times, but I'll save that for my RL friends and they can buy me drinks at the pub tonight to cheer me up. Grrr.
