Dilemma

So I have an Amazon gift voucher that must be used by 23rd December. No problem, right?

Just spent an hour browsing and haven't made a decision. Eep!

Y'see, most of the books, DVDs and CDs that I want are things that I've already listed for Christmas and it took me ages to actually come up with that list. I kept clicking into frivolous things and then deciding that I couldn't justify them.

Can I really sacrifice time that I don't have to finally give into the lure of Sims 2?

And I'm being indecisive. 'Cos there definitely must be a ton of things that I could ask for but haven't spotted yet. So I'll limp down to town on Saturday to browse the bookshop for some inspiration.

I am crazy.

In other news, I will be off-line for most of tomorrow due to another fun day in a store. Hopefully I won't be damaged any more than I already am. Anyone who needs me will need to wait until I pick up emails or phone messages after 5pm tomorrow.

Of course you could always use it to buy something for /someone else/! :-)

Could you use it towards e.g. blank CD/DVDs, ink cartridges or some other consumable that Amazon do that you'd use?

It was a Christmas gift last year so I can't really use it to buy this year's Christmas gifts - kinda hints of ingratitude. I've spent most of the year thinking "hey, I need this...but it's not really suitable as a Christmas gift. Huh."

Sims 2 is becoming more tempting because I seriously want it and miss playing Sims 1 (which won't work on my fancy new compy). Ack. I really should have used this voucher earlier in the year when I didn't have Christmas and other gift-receiving opportunities looming.
