Remind me again why I took this job? IT has stuffed up again and I'm left staring at reports that should be done but can't be. Grrr.

Breakfast was very good. Sausage, hash browns and baked beans - evil, but tasty. Some functionality has been returned to our databases, but unfortunately we've had to introduce some workarounds that may proove disasterous in a 'recursive loop' kind of way later. And everything is running twenty times slower than it should. The reports that I should have sent at 8am? Still not anywhere near ready due to the lack of data.

It's the best way to start a week ;-)
