Tonight I'm getting mah hairs cut off!

I'm going to the hairdresser, saying "pixie cut" to her and closing my eyes until it's done. It's that or shave my head because I'm drowning under my hair. It's not even that long but it's grown an inch since my last cut and I've stopped wanting to cope with it.

So hopefully tonight I'll be going home with a cute little pixie cut.

There may also be some window shopping at Gap to get an idea of what kinds of cardigans/jackets they have in. My winter wardrobe is looking very old and tired.

So it's going to be a total girly evening. Then I'll go home and eat nachos and find a movie with lots of good explosions to undo all that girliness :-D

I think that all makes it sound like a balanced human being day. :-)

Pixie cut! Oooh! I have an angled bob at the mo which is not as angled as I would like it to be because of hairdresser who did me wrong, i.e. gave me a fringe which I hate and did not ask for. So I now go to new hairdresser who seems to get it and now just have to wait for the not long enough at the front bits to grow.

That's basically what I did back in 2002, when I chopped off all of my hair and started wearing my pixie cut. :)

I've had a short inverted bob for years and it's reached the stage where I'm bored with it and frustrated with all the hair. My hair is very thick so even though it's not that long, there's a ton of it. My hairdresser is very excited about this and if it doesn't go well, it grows so damn fast that it won't take long to grow out and try something else.

It's been shortish for years, but its still feels much too long now. So, pixie! Eep!
