Back from the con...*flump*
Mar. 24th, 2008 06:21 pmI got back from Orbital a couple of hours ago and I have just run out of energy. Thankfully I've already unpacked and we're having take-out for supper so it doesn't matter!
Full con report tomorrow, but one thing that I need to say now. The panel that I was on late last night, Martha Jones: Most Heroic Companion?, had to be the funniest of the entire con. It turned into The Smut Panel, aided and abetted by Paul Cornell. OK, my hand gestures when trying to convey the beauty of Zoe's arse didn't help to raise the tone :-) I laughed so hard my sides hurt, the audience were more relaxed than any other audience I saw and I only wish that it could have gone on longer. The nice thing was that one audience member said to me afterwards that it was the first panel that he felt comfortable enough in to contribute, which I think says everything needed about that panel.
On topic? Er, ish. Actual conclusion? Sort of. Favourite panel of the con? Definitely!

Date: 2008-03-25 05:59 pm (UTC)You certainly may friend me :-)
Is this the point where I say that there are more panels like that at Redemption and encourage you to come along to that? Because this felt much more like a Redemption panel than an Eastercon one. Not that there aren't serious, sensible panels at Redemption, but the silly to sensible ratio of panels is much better :-)

Friended. Hope you enjoy my ramblings.
