Query regarding newsletters

selenayI've had an interesting question through about the Newsletter Index on my site: do I know of a community that lists newsletters?
That kind of started a thought. Would it be something that people find useful? What would I do with it? Is there something out there already?
What would I call it if I got crazy and started it? Newsletter_noticeboard?
So many questions, absolutely no answers. I'd love to hear any opinions or info out there before I start putting on my thinking cap and working something out.
