End of year fandom meme

1. Your main fandom of the year?
Yet again, I didn't have one main fandom. Doctor Who is my ur fandom, my always and forever, and we had new episodes and a new Doctor this year so it was probably the biggest influencer. But I'm also still a Holby fangirl (and discovered new friends through it, plus discovering old friends were also Holby fans) and I adored Call the Midwife, so there was no one totally consuming fandom.
Although if we go by fics written, it was Doctor Who. I actually wrote several fics this year.
2. Your favourite film watched this year?
Wonder Woman. Hands down. Although The Last Jedi is running a very close second, with Thor a close third.
3. Your favourite book read this year?
This is really difficult. I adored A Closed and Common Orbit (Becky Chambers) and Down Among the Sticks and Bones (Seanan McGuire) was a book of my heart. The Stone Sky (NK Jemisin) finished The Broken Earth trilogy brilliantly. Cat Sebastien gets better with every book and I haven't met a KJ Charles book I didn't love. Picking one is impossible.
4. Your favourite TV show of the year?
So hard to choose. Again. If we're talking "shows that had new episodes this year", it's a tough pick between Doctor Who, Supergirl, Holby City, and Call the Midwife.
5. Your favourite online fandom community of the year?
Er, Twitter mates again?
6. Your best new fandom discovery of the year?
I don't think I made any new fandom discoveries. Yet again, I was fluttering around existing fandoms.
7. Your biggest fandom disappointment of the year?
Marvel's descent into shittastic irrelevance? Yeah. I've not been impressed with most of Marvel's moves. I don't follow many Marvel books any more and Thor was the one Marvel film that I really enjoyed this year. Argh.
8. Your TV boyfriend of the year?
Henrik Hanssen. Again. Shut up :-)
9. Your TV girlfriend of the year?
I cannot choose between Alex Danvers and Bernie Wolf and you can't make me. Still.
My movie girlfriend is either Etta Candy or Diana Prince, depending on what day you ask me.
10. Your biggest squee moment of the year?
JODIE WHITTAKER IS THE THIRTEEN DOCTOR OMG OMG OMG.
11. The most missed of your old fandoms?
Marvel. I miss the days when it made me squee.
12. The fandom you haven't tried yet, but want to?
I think I'm too overwhelmed with stuff right now to want a new fandom.
13. Your biggest fan anticipations for the New Year?
THIRTEEN DOCTOR OMG OMG OMG.
