And the the Avengers happened again

So I was feeling kind of bleh and mrrrgh this morning (I know, so expressive) and was doing my best impression of a tired, grumpy Sel. This was due to a combination of nerves about my mid-year review (please forget that I already know I've aced it, I'm always expecting someone to lie about that until I get into the review and they fire me) and very little sleep.

Between epic stomach cramps and my Kate-cat throwing up (hairball, not IBD this time it turns out) I maybe managed a little over four hours. Five if I count time spent lying still with my eyes closed in a darkened room.

Then the Avengers gag reel came out five minutes after I got to work, fandom exploded in happy insanity and I cheered right up. I haven't even seen it yet (darn you, being at work-ness) and I know that it's brilliant due to the squee and the gifs. Avengers fandom, I adore you so much :-D

Today's plan (apart from happy gag reel squeeing) is to get chapter 7 of the Marvel Big Bang finished and then write something utterly insanely silly to cheer myself up further.

Seriously, if there aren't half a dozen fics by the end of the week doing something with the sillier moments of the gag reel then the fandom will have disappointed me.
