Some Monday stuff
Feb. 12th, 2007 08:49 amI cannot decide whether I should be declaring today a disaster yet or not. Everything has gone swimmingly well so far and that usually is a portent for disaster. It's the days that start badly that usually let me go home at a sensible time. So right now, I'm pessimistically predicting a late finish. I am obviously prepared to revise my opinion should I be proved wrong :-)
There are good things happening this week. The big one, IMO, is the start of the new series of Life on Mars tomorrow. Anyone who missed the first season unfortunately missed one of the best things on TV last year so make sure you catch this second (and last) season. 'Cos it's fantastic.
And now I must get back to reports that are ready to work on worryingly early and hope that I'm not about to get slammed by unexpected tasks in addition to my usual Monday stuff. Particularly as my usual helpers who would run things for me aren't in today :-(
