I've now added the customer banner and fiddled the shading of the grey links, so I'm feeling very pleased with the layout now :-)
If you'd like, I can pass along the CSS that I've used to fiddle with the text size - you'd just need to specify your prefered text size and paste it into the Custom CSS page of your journal. It should work for all the new Expressive layouts. I could even pass along the CSS to add your own banner :-)
