Heat again

I managed to leave work early enough that it only took an hour and three quarters to get home. The combination of good weather, school holidays and people leaving to drive to their holiday early to 'beat' the traffic tomorrow produced the anticipated results. Listening to the traffic, the queue I was in kept getting longer and longer so I was actually pretty happy to be as far along as I was when I found it. When I left it, fully half the M25 on my side was grid-locked. Woo!

Am now going to eat something and rest a bit.

Sadly, I was in the car for so long with the sun beating down straight through the windscreen that I have a slight sunburn. Gah!

Must buy aftersun for holiday. Leaving a week tomorrow - woo!
