I've finally finished Five Things That May Never Happen To SG-1. Go me :-)

I've also been playing around with some of my photos to make a birthday card for a friend and thought I'd share the results. But please don't nick this without acknowledgement.







I've got so many reviews to code up, but I'm having going to eat Chinese food instead :-) I'm noticing a food theme here...

Oh, Sel, this was great! I loved it, it was sad, scary, touching and sweet. All sorts of wonderful things. Even though I didn't like the bit with Jack pressing the blue button (I know, I'm such a sap) but it was powerfully written and very effective. I loved the ending one. Your Sam is great, she's so flustered and nervous. I just wanted to give her a great big hug.

I knew that I'd have to do something like the blue button when I was coming up with ideas for this - I was trying to find ideas that went to all the possible extremes, good and bad. I'm so glad that it worked.

I adore Sam and always have fun writing her. Glad that she came across the way I wanted her to - I was playing on the nervousness she showed during the interviews in Heroes because that is exactly the way I've always thought she'd react. Brilliant, beautiful, but not good in front of attentive audiences if she has to talk about anything beyond her science-type work.
